We are happy to have been awarded the Sustainability Award of the Annual GAMM Meeting 2023!

We obained the award in the category "Theory" for our work on the modeling of superhydrophobic and liquid infused surfaces. The models were derived by Sebastian Zimmermann as a part of our joint project with Egbert Oesterschulze, Ellen Bold (Physics and Technology of Nanostructures, RPTU) and Johannes L’huillier, Mareike Schäfer, Munehiro Chijiiwa (Photonik-Zentrum Kaiserslautern).
