Information about the Exam

About the content:
The written exam will contain all chapters of the lecture.
There will be tasks where you have to calculate something, draw something, give small Matlab codes, give short explanations or answer multiple choice questions.

Important information on the procedure of the exam:

• Be on site about 30 minutes earlier.
• While you are waiting, you must already be wearing a mouth/nose protection (surgical mask or FFP mask) and keep a distance of 1.5 m from other people.
• You will have to enter the room one by one. The ID check will take place there, during which only you will be allowed to remove the mouth-nose covering. You must register with the INTAKE system (https://www.rhrk.uni-kl.de/kontaktverfolgung/).
• At the ID control you will receive a seat number (in ascending order) and an envelope with the exam.
• Take the envelope and go to your seat immediately. Please look at the lecture hall plan with the seat assignment.
• You may not open the envelope until we officially begin the exam.
• By being present for the exam, you acknowledge the following
  • By attending, you declare yourself eligible to take the exam. Each examinee in the room additionally declares by participation that he or she:
    
    • is free of typical corona infection symptoms such as cough, cold, sore throat, or loss of smell or taste associated with fever (≥ 38.0°C),
    • is not under officially mandated domestic quarantine, and
    • has not entered the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the last 14 days from a state outside the Federal Republic of Germany which is still subject to a daily quarantine order.
  • Each examinee further declares that he/she is aware that in the event of such an entry, participation in the examination would be prohibited until the domestic quarantine period has expired and that he/she has independently informed himself/herself in advance about the admissibility of his/her participation.
  • Each examinee has acknowledged and assures by her/his participation that she/he
    • has brought along at least one of his/her own face masks (OP mask or FFP mask) and wears it continuously;
    • maintains a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other persons at all times (outdoors, on campus grounds, and in the controllable environment of the examination room);
    • follows standard hygienic recommendations (e.g., sneezing etiquette).
  • Each examinee further declares that she/he is aware that in the event of any of the symptoms described above, participation may be prohibited by the supervisors for that date, as well as that violation of these regulations and disregard of instructions from the supervisors may result in disqualification from the examination at any time.
