EMUS-4-Stress 1: Condition monitoring system based on electromagnetically excited ultrasonic transducers
The overall goal of the research project was to develop a way of determining the stress-related wear of pipeline components starting from the inner wall, including in rapid load situations, in order to enable reliable monitoring and early damage detection of components.
The project is carried out in collaboration with Fraunhofer IZFP Saarbrücken and AREVA NP GmbH and is gratefully supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
