Research Topic and Task Field
Integrated into the iProcess research college, one aspect is the research and product design of alternative nutrient media. One possible approach is the local provision of media components on the surface of growth bodies or inclusion in porous materials.
In addition, research will be carried out into how microorganisms grow on certain surfaces such as growth bodies. Among other things, imaging methods such as micro-computer tomography will be used.
