The aim of our research is to reveal the complex relationships between microstructure and the mechanical and physical properties of metallic materials, composites and joining compounds. In doing so, we take into account the many influences of manufacturing and machining processes and use high-quality microstructural analysis, innovative physical measuring methods and comprehensive mechanical testing technology.
