Chair of Applied Mechanics

Applied Mechanics IV

Short description

The lecture TM IV initially deals with elementary vibrating linear single and multiple degree of freedom systems. Both the undamped case and the case damped by dry or viscous friction are considered. Furthermore, a distinction is made between free and forced vibrations. In addition to TM III, the principles of mechanics and relative movements are also discussed.
