Main Research Project:

„Structuring of Component Surfaces by fine Particles”

The project includes the design, construction and operation of a pilot plant for the structuring of component surfaces by microparticles. For this purpose, the method of cold spraying is used, the particles are accelerated towards surfaces at high velocities and a relatively low temperatures. In collaboration with other projects the properties of the component surfaces are examined.
