Itsari Phuangmali studied polymer science and engineering at Silpakorn University, Thailand. She graduated in 2021 with her master’s thesis on the topic “Preparation and characterization of ternary blends of thermoplastic starch/poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate)/poly(vinyl alcohol)”

Since November 2021, Ms. Phuangmali is working as a PhD student at the Chair of Composite Engineering at the Reinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität (RPTU). Her research focuses on Process-Structure-Property relationships of thermoplastic polymers.
